have any of you ever tried losing weight? what did you do? did you lose anything?

i am trying since 2021

less calorie dense foods and just a calorie deficit, you don’t even need to do much exercise but it would be slower, also B Vitamins

I've lost quite a lot over about 6 months by changing my diet. cut out carbs and sugar, so like no energy and fizzy drinks that I used to drink a lot haha. it was a bit hard but definitely worth it!
