Leading a life in which Rest & Activity are in a healthy balance leads to
Relaxation. Meditation is a TOOL and is helping with this balance.
From this point of view, I love some essential aspects:


+ ...give myself away in love

+ ...waking up (non solo dagli incubi)

+ ...question/abandon unexamined beliefs

+ ...replace behaviour patterns that are not (or no longer) beneficial

+ ...disregarding my strict rules from time to time


If it's already 'late':

In general:
