Total control and freedom for ordinary people Anything and everything

Total control and freedom for ordinary people. What is freedom like for the common man in the Western world.
They understand it as permissiveness. But in reality this permissiveness is limited and controlled.
Of course, everyone is allowed to participate in Gay Pride parades and gender celebrations. But the demographics are getting worse in the developed world - and this is a result of their Freedom.
However.
Both West and East are coming to the same conclusion. Man must be controlled and his behaviour must be controlled with various levers. The Chinese are the most successful. They have introduced a scoring system for human behaviour. Every Chinese person is now digitised and everyone is monitored through a system of TV cameras in all areas of human existence. Every Chinaman is scored through a QR code and every Chinaman knows about this scoring system. If a Chinese person commits a bad act, the system monitors it and lowers their score. The scoring system is controlled by computers. So there is a lower threshold of trustworthiness at which this Chinese person can become an outcast. He will not be sold a bus or train ticket, he will be deprived of all sorts of government benefits, he becomes a nobody. One consolation is that he is given the free right to commit suicide. Those who do good deeds, on the contrary, will be exasperated. This is why Chinese society is currently the healthiest in the world.
What about the West and the USA?
A system of total control is everywhere. The average person is watched by TVs and telephones, intercoms and radios, bank cards and the credit system, TV cameras on the streets and in offices, toilets in Japanese toilets and refrigerators. It is easy to identify a person and get full information about him or her. Not only the authorities are taking advantage of this, but also crime. Not a trace of freedom and democracy is left.
What about Russia?
A rampant ignorance of computer surveillance. Total control is in its infancy. A person can only be tracked through banks and special anti-criminal software. And if a person does not have a bank card and wears a COVID mask, not even TV cameras can identify him. Today, they started installing identification monitors in the metro in Moscow. Before that, there was only television surveillance. So crime is growing at an alarming rate, given the factors of corruption and the mafia merging with power.
In fact Russia is now the freest country in the world, after Africa and Afghanistan, because of the lag in total control of the individual. What do you think about this?

OH NO...

Exasparated should be exonerated.

Freedom is a simple but complicated term. It should be looked through three different lenses: ethical, metaphysical, and political. In ethical aspect your theory is true. According to Epicurus, freedom is not ‘fulfilling all desires’, but instead, being free from vain, unnecessary, or addictive desires. This means that the greatest freedom is ‘freedom from’ something, not ‘freedom to’ do something. All in all, "Big Brother is always watching you." You can't be free from this fact.

I agree with you there. But people perceive freedom in a one-sided way - they think that if they can do things that are contrary to society, it means freedom for them. But a person is limited by the framework of the state. So he is no longer free. This was proven by the violation of democracy in the USA - the search of former President Trump's house.
Only those who live on a desert island, in a single instance, are absolutely free. Even Robinson Crusoe was not free - he was bound by the "Friday" he tamed!
I raised the issue of unfreedom in Western society, where total surveillance controls people and turns them into zombies.

China is the nation of total surveillance. In the West there is a growing division among us. People have an outside influence to turn on our traditional patriots and prosecute them for crimes against the new age laws.

We need to define the word " Freedom " very clearly . Some time we think we are free but we are controlled by some one else without our knowledge.

Should the fact of being free be related with the fact that we are controlled ? Anyway, since the dawn of human's existence, we have always been controlled, it just evolved across the years. Today, it's with technology. Before, It may have been with papers or official documents, everyone used to watch everyone, this was/is called a 'Village' society. Today of course, nobody is aside. Not a single country... A government somehow is a form of control on civilians of its country.
But I think that freedom should somehow be controlled, since "Your freedom stops where the freedom of others start". I know, this is a very known and repetitive phrase, but anyway, no control equals total discord... However, we don't have to be controlled for bad reasons (spying for example), or severely controlled. I think that being controlled for criminality, Just like Igor said, could be a great idea. Some people may be opposed, but anyway, we always somehow are controlled. 🤷‍♂️

The fact is that under the guise of control and limiting freedoms for criminals, Western society (including China), totally controls ordinary people. And technology is an instrument of this control, but not the very factor of the lack of freedom. Freedom and democracy in Western society, is under strict totalitarian control, precisely with the use of "tools". The statements of the West and the U.S. are mere demagoguery in word and paper. And Western society is used to this situation, because visually the society does not see this control and is in ignorance and under totalitarian propaganda about the "Free and Democratic Western Society". If you do anything, as Julian Assange did, who exposed the "black state actions" , criminal acts of society, he went to Prison for that. Did he do anything wrong for society, freedom and democracy? No ! He broke the rules of existence in Western society - sit quietly, shut your mouth, no freedom and democracy, - do LGBT, do your instincts like an animal - freedom and democracy in the true sense of those words does not and cannot exist !
