Can you separate egg yolk from whites? Anything and everything

I can separate them with my hands and bottle

I use the technique in which
- you have to take a bowl,
- above this bowl, you take the two parts of the eggshell of the egg you broke, and pass the egg yolk from one part of the shell to the other, until only the egg yolk remains.
- The egg white will therefore have fallen into the bowl, and the yolk will have remained in part of the shell.
