Sorting my thoughts by talking with myself (and talking to God), or writing it down. By that, I also imagine possible solutions, best and worst scenarios, etc.

In China, we never talk to our parents. We usually talk to our friends or brothers and sisters (whether talking or sharing). For me, I think my parents never understand me! So I usually have a good relationship with my twin sister!

Go watch some decompression videos on YouTube, such as decompressing with magnesium powder blocks, eating and broadcasting, etc

Well some heavy music always helps, or riding a bicycle 😃 And doing adult stuff of course 😃

Just breathe deeply,it always helps,or maybe go out cycling or for a walk
