Paying for studies Alles Mögliche

Hello everyone!
I have a question about cost of university/college studies in different countries. How expensive are your studies? Does the cost of studies depend on something and is it possible to study for free?

In Belgium, college studies cost 835€/year for Belgians.
It increases for foreigners, a 1st level for EU citizens, and a 2d level for external-EU with around ~ 3000€/year (if I'm remembering it well).
And of course, there are always possibilities for bourses, which is another debate...

It is nearly free in Germany. But there more and more private universities which demands sums from 15 to 30k
