What are you favorite recipes? Let me know your favorite recipe.

In our family recipe book and works quite well : )

I really like ras malai, it's my favourite dessert. I'll add the recipe:

Grab whole milk, add in sugar, almonds and cashews (you can also add in pistachios too), cardamom pots and saffron, add it in the milk and put it on medium heat, then in a separate pot add more milk and vinegar (or lemon juice) and let it curdle up, once it does, you can filter out the milk solids with a cheese cloth (or anything if you think it'll work), and you can wash off the lemon or vinegar from the milk solids, let it dry and once it is completely dry, you can knead it out until it becomes smooth then you can break it out into small balls and form it into discs (doesn't matter what size or shape but it's usually discs), and in a separate pot add water and sugar and bring it up to a boil while stirring, then you can begin adding in your discs into it, have it covered over high heat for 15 minutes and it should puffen up, and you can begin adding in your milk mixture into a separate container and then the discs, and you can put it in the fridge for atleast an hour, preferably over night, then you can plate it and garnish it with more nuts, almonds, saffron and then its done.

(If you have a nut allergy, you can skip the nuts)
