Your dream outfit

What would be your dream outfit? Find a picture, or just describe it. (It doesn't have to be something you'd ACTUALLY wear outside, but if you could wear anything.) And why?

For me it would probably be something like this:

I really like ruffles and roses and the style that's between elegant and pretty, and I also love red, white, and black, so that's why.
