His account is working fine. Some messages may have been slightly delayed temporarily but that's it.

Following Etienne’s message Vaca, maybe you can email him and let him know that the messages can disappear or get temporarily delayed sometimes, it happens. It shouldn’t cause him just to leave though. Lots of us know him and we want him to come back. 😊👍
