Sophiiaa @Angelic_Princessss sorryy that i did not reply yesterday but i was really too tired. BUTT what i wanted to say is that it can really help maybe to talk with a doctor. I really also KNOWW myself that is super scary but i also had to do that when my mentor thought that i maybe i had also weight problems. And what really helped for me is that you dont only look to weight for how you look but also for your health. Maybe that can help you too bc for me it was MOSTLY that i looked at how you look and that i didnt want to become heavier even if it is like 0.0000000001 gram bc in my head you could see it and EVERYBODY could if you gain weight even if it is small. But if that gets too much in your head than smb who you can trust can help you what it does also to your body. Bc it can cause physical pains and also for hormones and your heart and other organs and other cells and tissues. And maybe you know abt that already but it can also really help you. There is also a lot online that is very good to read BUTTT also a lot of things which i dont trust much. So perhaps you should first speak with a doctor abt it and i think that is maybe the best step.
