I feel scared and tight chest when seeing couples

I’ve been feeling really strange lately.

My heart aches and I feel a tightness in my chest whenever I see couples. I get scared, my breath feels short, and my mind goes blank.

I think I have really bad physical symptoms from stress lately.

I don’t know why I’m like this, but it hurts a lot.❤️

Thank you so much for your kind reminder and concern. I really appreciate you looking out for me. I do have people I can talk to, but sometimes it feels easier to write down my feelings. I'll be more careful in the future.
