In European countries, the autumn and winter is cold and dark outside, people lack of vitamin D and tend to me a little sad and tired then. At least, I know quite a number of people who have to deal with it.

Can i ask maybe a stupid question but i know that you get vitamin D from the sun right? But can you get it also from foods or other things (so NOTTT pills but like from good stuff)? I can also google later but maybe somebody knows it already. 🙄🙄

Don't compare sadness with depression. They are two VERY DIFFERENT things.
To avoid misunderstandings, it is not that bad for myself, but I know quite a number of people who have to deal with it. So I thought this forum could be helpful for other people out there.
Sure, one can get a little vit. D in the food, but it is only a tiny percentage of what you need.
And I am aware that sadness and depressions are two very different things. Maybe I did not express myself well enough.
I personally lean towards this being a mental health issue. Therefore, spending time with friends or doing things you enjoy might provide some relief.🤠🤠
