The Tao that can be spoken of is not the eternal Tao,
the name that can be pronounced is not the eterna name.
Nameless is the origin of heaven and earth.
Whith a name she is the Mother of innumerable creatures.
Eternally desireless you can grasp its manifestations.
These two names mean the same thing:
It's the dark,
darkness in darkness,
the door to all mysteries.

道生一，一生二，二生三，三生万物。万物负阴而抱阳，冲气以为和。人之所恶，唯孤，寡，不谷，而王公以为称。故物或损之而益，或益之而损。人之所教，亦我而教人。
