Nowadays, we spend a lot of time on our screens. I literally have to study AND hang out with friends virtually using my tablet and phone which has increased my screen time for about two years now.
my average screen time is 5 hours 45 minutes (which is really really bad)

8+ hours I guess.
From 8 - 2pm i have my online school classes; I dont talk on video calls with my friend as many talk thru their landline and sometimes I have 3 hrs online tuitions and I chat with my friends for continuous 1 - 1 ½ hrs, or sometimes even more; when we can't speak on call
Oh and I also see Netflix; somedays I watch 2 movies per day, if I'm seeing series then like 5 - 6 episodes of 30 - 45 min each; sometimes even more! Depending on my free time
