Children's rights Everyday life and customs

Hey, I've got maybe difficult question but I need it for my lesson.
So... Are children's rights violated in your country? If you say "yes", please tell me how.
Thank you for all answers.

In Belgium, the parent's rights to have a child surpass some children's rights.
Cause, even if there are well-established evidences that there is mistreatment towards some children, the procedure to take away these children from their parents (and hypothetically blocking them for having other children) is too heavy and constraining to be properly applied...
So, in Belgium, you have the right to have children and mistreat them to a certain point, regardless of the children's rights...
Conclusion, Socialism at its best...

In America the government can take the child away from their parents and put things into our foster care system if the child is being mistreated, but they can't do anything to stop them from having more children after taking one away. In other words, a couple can have a child, abuse them, have the child taken by the government, and then just repeating the cycle

No, I don't think that there's a structural problem in my country. Individual cases are always possible.
Further, I don't think that special children rights are necessary - human right are universal and suit well.
