I don't know how it is in other Western countries, but in the US, the Chinese food is way different than it is in China.

In like the Chinese food in the US, but there are some great things I had in China that I can't find in the US.

我觉得中国的中餐不是欧洲和美洲的中餐和每个省都有自己的美食。
I've heard that Chinese food in China is not the same as Chinese food in Europe or the Americas
and that every province has its own cuisine and its own dishes.

Chinese restaurant in France have Vietnamese cooking chefs in most of them. I 've made the difference when I was in Beijing. I loved it! My favorite dish is the djao dze (dim sum?),kind of steamed ravioli. I loved the diversity of cooked vegetables and meat on the turning circle board on the table in the restaurants. We can access easyly at every dishes and share them with friends. Very convenient and friendly!
