3·Deep-Fried Dough Sticks

1. Dumplings
Dumplings originate from ancient corners. Jiao Er, originally known as Jiao Er, was first invented by Zhang Zhongjing, a doctor from Nanyang, China. It has a history of more than 1,800 years. Dumplings, also known as dumplings, are popular with the Chinese people. They are staple food and local snacks in northern China. They are also food for the New Year's Day. There is a folk song called "Big cold, little cold, eat dumplings for the New Year." Dumplings are usually boiled with dough wrapped stuffing.
Dumplings have become an indispensable New Year food for northerners. When making dumplings, people often wrap gold, brown sugar, peanuts, dates and chestnuts in stuffing. Those who eat the best and brown sugar will have sweeter days in the coming year. Those who eat peanuts will live a long and healthy life. Those who eat dates and chestnuts will have noble children early.
2. Steamed buns
Steamed stuffed bun is an ancient traditional pasta, usually wrapped in bread stuffing, mainly made of flour and stuffing, originated in Sichuan. Legend has it that Zhuge Liang of Shuhan Dynasty invented it in the Three Kingdoms Period (1800 years ago).
The use of the name steamed bun began in the Song Dynasty, "Yanyi Zhaomu": "Renzong's birthday, gifts Yichen steamed bun." After the steamed bun, the note said, "That is the alias of steamed bread". The stuffing of steamed bread is called steamed bun by the northern people (meaning steamed bun has no stuffing, steamed bun has stuffing). Steamed buns are usually made by fermentation of flour. The size of steamed buns varies according to the size of fillings. The smallest can be called small cage buns. The others are in turn medium buns and large buns. And soup dumplings. Commonly used fillings are pork, mutton, beef, pickles, noodles, mushrooms, bean paste, celery, eggplant, cabbage, leek, tofu, agaric, dried vegetable, egg yolk, sesame, fennel and so on. Three fresh stuffing is divided into vegetable three fresh and meat three fresh, of which vegetable three fresh is leek, egg, shrimp, meat three fresh is meat, leek, egg.
3. Deep-Fried Dough Sticks
Deep-Fried Dough Sticks are the most common snacks that people are familiar with. Many Chinese people can't do without Deep-Fried Dough Sticks for breakfast. But even such a simple noodle has a long history. Who invented the delicious and convenient fried sticks? Speaking of the origin of oil sticks, it is actually related to a minister of treachery in Chinese history. In order to punish this treacherous minister, the common people invented the fried dough stick, which was Qin Huai of the Southern Song Dynasty.

I believe you will be familiar with the story of Yue Fei and Qin Huai. Yue Fei is a famous patriotic hero in Chinese history. He advocated the use of force against the Jin Dynasty to safeguard the rule of the Southern Song Dynasty. However, in order to eradicate those who had different opinions, Qin Huai, the then Prime Minister of the Master and faction, tried his best to denounce the anti-Jin fighters and brutally murdered the hero Yue Fei. After this incident spread to the people, it caused the people's anger and discontent.

Folk people were very angry when the news that Yuefei had been killed by Prime Minister Qin Huan and his wife came out. Because there are so many people who hate Qin Huai, one of them is a small vendor who sells noodles. When he heard the news, he immediately made two noodles and threw them into the pot to express his hatred for Qin Huai and his wife, and gave him a name called "fried Huai".

Later, the vendor made a lot of "fried birch" for sale and advertised. This is in line with the psychology of the people at that time, people scrambled to buy, supply exceeds demand, and wished to buy a little more "fried birch" and eat it ruthlessly, in order to express their dissatisfaction with Qinhui couples.

The noodle snack "fried birch" was so popular, because the kneaders worked very hard, the vendors simplified the process, cut the noodles into small strips and then put them into the pot for frying. That's how the early sticks were shaped.
These are often on the Chinese breakfast table, very delicious, so I hope people all over the world know them, and willing to taste them.

But, to be honest, sometimes you can meet an unexpected taste. For instance, the first day in China I ordered ?rice? in KFC and it was with 100-years eggs. Also the sold some insects in the market. Nevertheless, usually Chinese food is cheap and tasty.
