Summer holidays job abroad Καθημερινή ζωή και έθιμα

I've been thinking for weeks to have a job abroad in the Summer holidays. Like working in a youth hostel, because I like to see more about other countries and learning about their cultures. Does anyone have experience with that and wants to share them or does anyone have any suggestions on how to work out this idea? Feel free to discuss. I'd love to hear.
