Hello, I’ve decided to cook, but I don’t wanna stick to the usual stuff anymore. Could you tell me about some lesser-known dishes from around the world — you know, not as mainstream as pizza? xd

Nice topic @sahraxdx A typical Belgian dish is stew or chicory in ham rolls with cheese sauce in the oven, but it's too hot for that now. Grilled paorika salad is also delicious with garlic and tomatoes.

My favourite is piadina. If you want to try it I suggest the one with squaqquerone e prosciutto cotto (ham)
