My Perfect Day

Have you ever imagined a day where you don’t have to work, go to school, or take care of any responsibilities? A day where everything is up to you — the weather, the temperature, the location, and even the people you’re with? That would be the perfect day.

The Weather and Temperature
On my perfect day, the weather would be warm and sunny, with a light breeze. The temperature would stay around 20°C (68°F) — not too hot, not too cold. There would be no rain, just clear blue skies, maybe with a few soft clouds floating by. It would be the kind of weather that makes you want to be outside all day.

The Place
I would spend the day on a beautiful, quiet beach. The sand would be soft and white, and the sea would be crystal clear with calm waves. Behind the beach, there would be a small tropical forest with a hammock between two palm trees. In this peaceful place, there are no crowds, no noise — just nature and the sound of the ocean. Followed by an amazing night where all the stars and planets would be visible, laying down in de sand and being amazed by the whole universe.

The Company
I would spend the day with my closest friends and family. The people who make me laugh, feel loved, and completely relaxed. We would have a delicious picnic, play games, swim in the sea, and share stories. There would be music playing softly in the background, and in the evening we’d sit around a campfire, watching the stars.

No Stress, Just Joy
There are no phones, no deadlines, and no worries. Just freedom, fun, and peace. On this day, you feel completely recharged and happy — the kind of happiness that comes from doing exactly what you love, with the people who matter most.

PERFECT DAY 1️⃣

The weather and the temperature

It must be 23 degrees with sun but also shade of the clouds so you dont get a super big headache or it burns your skin.

The location

The Vondelpark in Amsterdam. I choose this place bc in Amsterdam this is a park i like to go to several times in the year.

The people

BOTH my grandparents from Nanjing bc they wanted really to visit the Netherlands and they dont know that in Amsterdam there are also really quiet and nice places. And i would make a picnic with things THEY like ANDDDD also Dutch things that maybe they will like. And i bring mini umbrellas for the sun. And pillows that you can sit nicely and talk with a super big thermo can with jasmin tea.

PERFECT DAY 2️⃣

It must be a little bit warmer than perfect day 1.

The location

A water adventure park like in wipe out show on tv.

The people

My best friends from school and also two from ballet. And we will have a super big wipe out competition but if you fall you will fall in water so it doesnt really matter. I think this would be really fun and after it we will all eat poke bowl and green tea or melona ice cream.

PERFECT DAY 3️⃣

The weather and the temperature

It must be 23 degrees.

The location

Chambord Castle.

The people

All my friends from PPG (ALSO everybody who is now no longer a member or inactive like Michael, Mimi, Sarah and so many others). It would be really nice to see everybody in real and i think if you dont only talk but maybe do smt first like for example an escape room challenge with teams you feel more comfortable and you do smt nice. And after that maybe a super big buffet and BBQ with everybody OUTSIDE the castle maybe in a super big garden of the castle.

That's called a dream, and no matter how awesome it is it's always disappointing when you wake up from something that's 'perfect'. I prefer to have stable sadness than random peaks of deception. Besides, if I have a day where I don't get any more schoolwork, I'll use that day to catch up on things I'm late in or work more on something I have difficulty in. I won't waste that day only having fun because then I'll feel bad for not being productive and I'll be even less happy than if I'd just worked.

I would like a cold rainy day where I can watch a movie under a warm blanket with my family. With snacks too, but what I prefer depends on my mood of the day so I can't be any more precise. I would like to watch a sad movie, and then a comedy(or simply something light). Then I would probably read or play video games, maybe with a hot cocoa. And I would go to sleep early at the end of the day(if I want to).

I believe the best days are simple things with people you love. It's not necessary to do something flashy like mountain climbing to be happy. A board game with friends or a movie with family is perfectly fine with me, and I would pick it over other activities anytime.

I would like a heavy rain—the kind that isn't so loud it hurts your ears, but heavy enough to soak you if you step outside. The day would be slightly warm, so you could feel the air like a light blanket over you.

The Place
It would be a short-ish mountain. One that has a small beach on the bottom to prompt my friends to play with me in. It'd be clean of trash and debris. There'd be a dock that reaches out over the water a couple of feet. Perfect for fishing or just taking a rest. Then, there's a hiking trail to take to the top of the mountain. I don't really care what the trail is like, because no matter what, it's always interesting. It'd be nice if it were a 6-9 hour hike, and one that challenges you...But I don't think all my friends would enjoy that, lol. Anyways, the top would plateau, where you could feel like you're seeing the whole world. There'd be a spot to stick a few umbrellas if we get tired of the rain. Or we could hang a tarp between two trees and take shelter.

The Company
I’d prefer my friends to come along. Honestly, I’m okay with anyone joining—as long as it’s not my parents. : )

That indeed is true, people tend to think too big or too expensive to have their dream life, but sometimes the small things are the best days.

Seems like a possible day out to be fair, only hoping for your perfect weather there are enough places at the beach with big hikes up where you (unfortunately) not can see the whole world but still have an amazing view!!

Can i ask one more thing @BartL so if you ask about the perfect day BUTTTT it is a day in the future and how you like it. I have a different question: what WASSSS your perfect day or maybe like the BEST day? 😛 So not what you WANT if everything is how you like it but how it was already. 🙂 I hope i write not super confusing!!! 😛 😛
