did trump win?
Not yet. To be elected, the US president has to reach 270 votes from the electoral college.
Currently as I write this message, Donald Trump has 267/270 votes, and Kamala Harris has 224/270 votes. It is likely that Donald Trump wins the elections, but nothing is certain until the official decision.
Yes, and he can gover as he wants. It will be hard 4 years...Well at least he won’t come back again 🤷♂️ the US Constitution give a maximum of two mandates, whether they are consecutive or not, you can’t do more than two mandates. The American constitution has barely changed since the US independence so yeah.

Like implementing judges who are afraid to judge against their intetests and so on.
I know but we can do nothing because who are we . They have the powerAt least - this interesting: For the Chinese Europe becomes more interesting because the U.S. Market is closed for their e.g. electrical cars and Europe is their most important market outside China itself. A Horror for people like Xi Jinping is decreasing growth of economic in His country, because its the most important tool to keep the Population calm.
Trump win....

Candidate Trump has promised to end the war in Ukraine in less than 48 hours. We will see how the president Trump does it.48 ? It's impossible
Unfortunately, yes
I think it's good news that Trump won. I'm definitely not a fan of the person, but his policies make a lot more sense than Harris'. Anyone threatening freedom of speech and the process of democratic elections (and accusing their opponents of the very things they are doing) should automatically be morally disqualified, as she was by the people.
As for what it means for Europe, yes it will possibly be harder, but we need to stop relying on the US which is a good opportunity for a wake-up call. I'm optimistic
