Economic growth or degrowth?

Hello!!! Lately I’ve been curious on degrowth, and I want to know if you view degrowth as a good option or not (in a socio-economic-environmental way)? Give me your best arguments!!!

If it's possible to reduce the impact on the nature with preserving the same efficiency and evading further slipping into the poverty for some, then I'm all in.
