Why do you think San Marino is so expensive? It's less expensive than Italy. No, Italians buy many things there because they cost less than in Italy (there's no VAT in San Marino).

Yes. I think many of them are named by the immigrants of other countries settling in America and naming towns after their home towns. There are several places called Vienna, there’s an Antwerp, Ghent, Sofia, Copenhagen, Paris x 9 towns across the states, and lots more 👍
