What do you think Albania wants to create an independent state called Bektashi ?

In September 2024, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama announced plans to create a small state for the Bektashi in Tirana, a quarter the size of Vatican City. The plan to create a sovereign state of the Bektashi Order is aimed at promoting a tolerant version of Islam. I am sure that by doing so Albania will lose the possibility of joining the European Union, and I also think that many Western nations will not recognize this nation.
