    I don't consider myself an expert in anything, but an expert in many areas. Being a very curious person and having an orientation to perfect what I do I tend to learn very quickly and do what is proposed to me in the required way in a short time. I mainly deal with customer assistance, complaint management and I have a natural predisposition towards the customer, finding solutions that adapt to their needs.

    I learned to forgive myself and to accept the fact that I too could make mistakes. It took time, I worked on myself constantly and for years, but today I can say that I have overcome one of the biggest obstacles thanks to a great activity of reshaping my thoughts.

    Always and only for a maximum of one week, however I can say that I have discovered a lively, colorful and unique city like Barcelona, ​​a more intimate and orderly but rich and full of opportunities like Zurich or a more international one like Geneva. However, I also headed to explore Budapest and its bridges taking beautiful photos at night along the Danube! From afar, but not too much, I admired the Eiffel Tower while eating in some typical Parisian restaurant. Berlin was the city, together with Madrid, the quietest but at the same time a source of continuous cultural and... culinary discoveries! Vienna at Christmas is romantic with its markets that warm your heart and yes, there too, I felt like I was at home.

Somehow engaged in a humanitarian activity who knows where to give a smile, a hug, a hand!
