  • Cities and countries I have visited

    I was very fortunate in my life so far and got to see the beautiful nature Norway has to offer around the little village of Volda near Alesund. Furthermore, I had the pleasure of spending multiple summers in Greece. Especially on the small but beautiful island of Thassos and the beaches of Chalkidiki. Athens is a town that I have grown to love over the course of our relationship.

    Other destinations that really stuck with me would be Paris and Turobin, a small village in the south-east of Poland. I have family in Poland and like to travel to the village in which my mother grew up.

  • My interests in other cultures

    Learning is something I never want to cease doing and this includes languages, its origins, cultures and their rural traditions and customs as well as traditional interests such as motherly cuisine.

  • I always enjoy talking about...

    I always enjoy talking about anything related to photography except too much about gear. Concepts or painterly approaches towards an idea are things I can spent hours discussing over. Music and Movies are also great topics to cover although slightly generic I assume. However, I do also like to talk about more personal things such as sexlifes, relationship troubles, meaning, depression and everything good and bad life has to offer us.

    I recently learnt Greek. Well not really recently but I try to improve whenever I can and am proud to say that I almost mastered to read the whole Hellenic Alphabet.

  • My proudest accomplishments

    I am proud of myself for spending two semesters abroad during my BA in media production here in Germany and finishing my Thesis during the second one in Athens in the English language.

  • A personal challenge

    The hardest thing I ever did was pursuing a Masters degree in the fine arts alongside my (back than) girlfriend. We had a hard time finding a spot and when we did it wasnt at all what we had hoped, been promised and expected. So we had to come to the hard decision of quitting that.

  • I'm an expert at...

    I consider myself expert at photography and good at anything related to media production. I have experience in VR and AR development and am a big time fan of artistic use of photography!

  • Something uncommon about me

    I would assume that my taste in music is rather uncommon although I do lack the data to make an informed judgment on that. My tastes is very much depended on my mood but lately I find myself listening to a lot of Rap especially Post Malone and Eminem. Other days I am into War from A Harlots Mouth and Rise Against. When I want to reconnect with the Tribal Nature of being a German I like to put on Heilung or Wardruna. John Mayer and Phil Collins are no strangers to my speakers either. And when the mood is right I do like me some Classical Music.

  • Favourite books/authors/films

    Write me and find out! I am quite fond of non-fiction latelty but of course I own classics such as Animal Farm, Brave New World and well just ask.

  • Living abroad for one year

    I had the chance to do just that after I finished my BA in 2018. I spent almost a full year in Athens.

  • Personal skills

    I am a great photographer with a lot of creativity and attention to detail.
    I do play the guitar, bass and a bit piano but I am quite in need of a teacher here.

    Bring it on world! I want to see what I can do to leave a mark on you or at least do my best to spread knowledge and learn things that will help me gain a better understanding of who we are and how things work. Let History, Astronomy, Art and Culture be my guide in the pursued of truth and the good.
