  my favorite book has to be "the bodyguard" by katherine center. it's the first romance i ever read, and it launched me into the genre so that i can NEVER escape. a close second, though, is the entirety of the powerless series by lauren roberts. hot take, i knowwww

  i have wayyy too many favorite movies to list here because i am in love with the performing arts and i truly believe that every movie is beautiful in some way. i am in NO way, shape, or form a "disney adult" or one of those people who are weirdly obsessed with "disney magic", but unfortunately those allegations are hard to shake off when you tell people your favorite movie is still, unironically, the 2019 aladdin. also, a close second is the greatest showman. please don't shoot me. THE STORYLINE IS SO BEAUTIFULLY HEARTBREAKING AND INSPIRING IT'S INSANE??? i cannot believe it's a kid's movie, i watched it when i was like thirteen for the first time and had to rewatch a few times to truly understand the heavy themes and meanings behind the plot. i won't go into that, i'd talk for hours. but the score and choreography is like i've never seen before and just everything about it is chef's kiss. ok i'm done talking HAGAHAGAH
