Well, I'd say my personal challenge is finding that elusive balance between my demanding profession (oral and maxillofacial surgeon) and my own well-being. It's a struggle sometimes to juggle the long hours at work with the need to take care of myself mentally, physically, and emotionally. So, my personal challenge is to prioritize self-care amidst a hectic professional life, and that's something I'm constantly working on. Also, resisting the urge to binge-eat scones every tea-time… tough one, this.
