My interests in other cultures

How people choose to communicate with each other based on what is considered widely acceptable. Most cultures are not okay with direct communication, even though they claim to be direct. Looking at you, Germany!

Favourite books/authors/films

Some of my favourite books are:
Bunny by Mona Awad
The Vegetarian by Han Kang
The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy
Schoolgirl by Osamu Dazai
A Tale for the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki
