  • Something to tell the world!

    Hello! My name is Adrian, I am 17 and from the USA. I love photography, it sparks a great passion for me. I could talk about if for hours and hours.

    I love questions with no answers and I like hearing philosophical theories. One of my favorite things in the world is late night conversations about everything and nothing at the same time. Conversations that go back and forth between goofy and serious are a special skill of mine haha.

    I could stare at the stars all night but my heart lies in the sea... I recently got an underwater camera and can't wait to try it out! There are so many mysteries about the ocean, it's so beautiful. Don't tell me mermaids don't exist when 70% of the ocean is unexplored xD

    I love writing poetry and short stories, but am mostly private with my work. I'll share it to those I know well, or if I think someone is "in need" of it. When I say that I mean that I write a lot inspirational things and if someone I know has been struggling I will share or write a poem for them.

    I would love to find a pen pal to swap photography tricks and photos with... poets, writers, philosophers, I would love to hear from you all!

  • I'm excited about...

    I would really love to trade snail mail! I think it would be so cool to exchange letters. I like sketching and would probably include a few every now and again, and some photographs since I love photography. You don’t have the same interests as me, and I would love to learn about what you love to do!

  • My proudest accomplishments

    I volunteer as a coach with a program for disabled sports. I work with students of all ages with physical/mental/developmental handicaps. It's something I love doing and am proud to say I am a part of.

  • A personal challenge

    I came out as transgender when I was 14, it was difficult and at first my family was not accepting but eventually they came around. It took me a very long time to be able to say this but I am comfortable with who I am, and the body I am in.

  • I'm an expert at...

    I like to think I am pretty good at photography, it's something I have been doing since I was a kid. I shoot digitally but want to learn how to use film. I do mostly nature photos.

  • Cities and countries I have visited

    My mom's family is from Canada, I love visiting there. The food is great, as are the sights. I go as often as possible, which is still way too little.

    I have also been to Mexico and Costa Rica, my family is planning a vacation to Europe next summer and I am very excited!!!!

  • My interests in other cultures

    I love how different the world is. I moved a state over when I was fourteen and even two hours away the 'culture' was completely different. I don't want to miss out on all the amazing things in life by only experiencing the things closest to me.
