  • Etwas, das du der Welt erzählen willst

Hello world 👋 I am a 22 y/o female in the US. Id really love to get into snail mail, but mostly I’d like to get to know people from all over!

  • Meine Gefühle über die Zukunft

A mix of optimistic anxiety and trepidation. The future is uncertain, and I’m not psychic. All anyone can do is stay in the present and focus on the good things in life.

  • Eine persönliche Herausforderung

I am arguably the most accident prone person I’ve ever met. I trip, fall, drop things, or just generally make a mess of my immediate surroundings. But in a more literal sense, I was in a bad accident a while back that has me adjusting the way I live my life.

  • Mein Interesse an anderen Kulturen

I love learning about about other languages and linguistics in general. I have a really dorky fascination with etymology.

  • Persönliche Fähigkeiten

I’m a freelance illustrator when I have the time to be. I love drawing and telling stories.

  • Städte und Länder, die ich besucht habe

I wish I was more well travelled. Being a young person in America usually means loads of college debt and very little faith in the economy. So. I guess you could say I’m being frugal but not traveling much. My point is I’ve been on a plane once, and I’ve never travelled more than 300 miles outside my hometown, unfortunately.

  • Für ein Jahr im Ausland leben

I would like to visit Scandinavia. That’s fairly broad, I know. Maybe Copenhagen or Stockholm I guess? I’d like to see the world someday, but I suppose this is just the top of my list.

  • Lieblingsbuch/-autor/-film

Bram Stoker, Oscar Wilde, and Tolkien are all up there. Also I really love Stephen King and Shakespeare... those two don’t usually get put in sentences together do they? Look, I just love angst more than life itself.

  • Meine Meinung zur Natur des Menschen

I believe humans are inherently good. Corruptible, certainly, but I think people are good at their cores, for the most part.
