• My proudest accomplishments

  I want to make friends all over the world and want to learn about other cultures especially. That is why I created an account on this website to step out of my comfort zone !!

  
  

• I always enjoy talking about...

  
  I can talk about anything. This is also important because everything we say to each other teaches us and gives us a better understanding of the world around us. It is when we stop talking/listening that things go wrong in the world.

  But most of all, I like to talk about things I don't know yet!

  
  

• My interests in other cultures

  
  I am very interested in other cultures, I would like to learn more about people from all over the world. I would also love to travel the world to see it with my own eyes rather than through social media.

• As a child, I wish...

  I wanted to travel the world to find my own dragon because I thought they were real.
  that's what happens when you watch too much How To Train A Dragon.

  
  From a young age I already was very interested in history

  (I don't know if it was only a thing in Belgium) there was a series called Small Hands In A Big War and that taught me so much, I watch it again every now and then. Still a top series

• Favourite books/authors/films

  
  I love reading books, but unfortunately I don't do it often. I like to read thrillers, The last book I read (all the way through) is EVERYTHING EVERYTHING. and my favourite films are La Grand Vadrouille, all Ace Age films, Snowman, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs and Slag om de Schelde (Dutch war film) but also nature documentaries. For series definitely The Office and Allo Allo

• Living abroad for one year

  Scandinavia! I have heard so many good things about Norway Sweden and Finland and Denmark. I can't even choose

• Something uncommon about me

  It is not that special but my grandma thaught me how to make bread and jam from family recipes and now I make it for my whole family. I really love my grandma she is the sweetest

• Cities and countries I have visited

  SCOTLAND!!! and france and Spain

  I really love Scotland, I would go there again if i could!!!

• It was better before

  I don't think it used to be better but I really love the fashion of the 50s, but only the fashion. i've always been interested in the history of clothes, not only the fashion but also what it meant in terms of your class and so also in terms of politics.

  Just look at corsets everyone thinks women couldn't breathe in corsets but it turns out that's not true at all

• I wish people knew more about...

  I swear Belgium may not seem like an interesting country but that is not true. i can prove it! hahah

• 10 years from now

  i really hope that one day I will own my own farm and at the same time open an B&B
