Due to a double hardware failure occurring on Sunday 14 February at approximately 13:35 GMT+1 at our hosting provider's data center, our service was unavailable for the past couple of days.
Unfortunately, this critical incident prevented our provider from recovering any of our data, despite local replication mechanisms in place. Thankfully, we were able to restore our database up until Saturday 13 February 9:00 GMT+1 with the help of emergency backups. However, accounts created between Saturday 13 February 9:00 GMT+1 and Sunday 14 February 13:35 GMT+1 will have to be registered again. Unfortunately, we will also not be able to restore any of the member pictures.
Needless to say, we have switched to another hosting provider.
