Follow your favorite topic authors!

This one is kind of a niche improvement, but you can now Follow topic creators so they no longer need to tag the entire world every time they make a new topic. cc: @Yue_ 👀️😃

Here's how it works:

- A "Follow" button now appears on the first post of topics created by other users.

- Your own follower count is visible on the "New topic" page.

- When creating a new topic, you can choose whether to auto-subscribe your followers.

With this feature in place, please kindly stop mass-tagging people in new topics. Instead, feel free to invite others to follow you. Also: let's avoid creating empty "please follow me" topics to keep the space pleasant 😃. Thank you all for helping keep Penpal-Gate friendly and enjoyable!

As usual, feel free to share feedback. Have a good day!
