What should I notice when I go to 青藏高原? 汉语/漢語/中文

I will to go to 青藏高原 maybe this August. Does someone can tell me what should I notice before I go there?

If u get by plane,
u may feel dizzy,
since is a problem of lack of oxygen happens in highlands 🙂
