Anyone who could tutor/ help me practice my French seriously? Français

I'm living here in France and having hard time to adapt with the language, I tried a lot of online self learning apps but still not enough. looking for someone who can teach me or can practice with me or tutor me.. I wish for free.. because if I can afford a private tutor I already do it.
