Happiness is... Tout et rien

Here are a few examples of what happiness might look like to me:

• Happiness is a quiet moment with a good book.
• Happiness is hearing laughter from friends and family.
• Happiness is knowing I made someone’s day a little bit better.

hello raay nice topic. what makes me very happy is being together with my children. Seeing nature every day and taking pictures of it makes me happy. taking the time to send people something beautiful or motivating every day is what makes me genuinely happy. I like to put a smile on someone's face because if the people around me are happy then I am too

Hello Raay!

To me happiness is smelling the sweet aroma of the plants native to my region, they are slightly accompanying my everyday.

It is sunbathing with a novel in hand after being finished with a year long hard work in uni and being able to enjoy myself.

Or videocalling my boyfriend after both of us have some free time and share our day.

I could keep going all day!

This is a very nice forum @Raay!! 😊😊 For me happiness is for example:

1️⃣ Falling in love with the nicest bubble tea that you can get with a fruity flavour and first seeing it and maybe talking with it and drinking it so the bubble tea is always together with you forever and ever!!! 🧋❤️❤️

2️⃣ Seeing my dad not working for a day and he falls asleep when reading and he snores and we try to be VERY quiet! 😛

3️⃣ Training super hard for a ballet performance with my class and that you die almost when you have to get on the stage but it goes well and it is finished and you are super happy about how it was. 🙂

I remember some Finnish proverb telling that "Happiness is a place between too much and too little." I think that's one of the best definitions of happiness.

Happiness means only one word to me.

happiness means freedom.

i mean that doing anything that makes me happy and not being embarrassed for it.

sometimes we cant do what we like because we think society wont agree it.
